If you see this message when you try to open your website then your hosting account has been suspended by NEI Hosting LLC. There are two reasons that might lead to this:
1. Your web hosting account has expired and needs to be renewed. You can renew any service quickly and easily through your NEI Member Center. Once you are logged in, go to My Accounts, and click on the Renew button for the corresponding service.
If you have any problems with your renewal payment, please contact our Sales Team for assistance.
2. The account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use. If this is the case, you would be notified with an email message and a support ticket would have been posted on your behalf. To check the ticket in reference to this issue, you will simply need to log in to your Client Area, go to Get support section and click on Report a hosting related issue . The page that you will be forwarded to will show the unread tickets that are awaiting your reply. The email message and the ticket will include detailed information about the account suspension.
